A welcome message
for new clients

The first message sets the pace. Say what happens next and what you need.

19 October 20262 min read

A new client has paid and wants to start. A clear first message keeps that energy.

Say what happens next

List the first three steps with dates. For example: questionnaire today, programme in two days, first check-in on Sunday.

Say what you need

  • The onboarding and health questionnaires.
  • Recent best sets or a recent testing session.
  • The equipment they can reach.

Say how to reach you

Name the channel and your reply hours. Say what belongs in the log and what belongs in a message.

Keep it short

Aim for ten lines. Send the longer detail in the agreement and the first programme.

Write it yourself

Use your own voice. A copied message reads like one. The onboarding checklist builder lists the steps so none are missed.

Where Trainersight fits

Trainersight keeps the questionnaires, first programme and first check-in in one record per client.
