Hybrid coaching
in person and online

Decide what happens in the gym and what happens in the app, then keep one record.

19 October 20262 min read

Hybrid clients see you some weeks and train alone the rest. It works when each part has a clear job.

Decide the split

Use in-person sessions for new lifts, technique work and testing. Use the online weeks for the programme you have taught them.

Keep one record

Log in-person and solo sessions in the same place. You then see the full picture when a client says a week went badly.

Check in between sessions

A short weekly check-in covers the weeks you are not in the room. Ask about sleep, soreness, missed sessions and effort.

Ask for video on solo weeks

Ask for one clip of the main lift each week. It shows you what the client does without you there.

Price the hours

Count in-person time, travel and online time separately. The price calculator turns your hours and costs into a monthly figure.

Tell clients the rules

Say how to book, how to cancel an in-person slot and when you reply online. Put it in the agreement.

Where Trainersight fits

Trainersight keeps in-person and solo sessions in one log, with check-ins and filmed lifts beside them.
