Clients for a full-time coach
start from your hours

Count your coaching hours, then divide by the hours each client takes.

A full-time week is not all coaching. Admin, marketing and learning take a share.

Count coaching hours

Take a 40 hour week. Remove time for admin, finding clients and your own training. Say 25 hours are left for coaching. Use your own figure.

Turn it into a month

25 hours a week times 52, divided by 12, is about 108 hours a month.

Divide by hours per client

If a client takes three hours a month, 108 divided by 3 is 36 clients. At four hours it is 27. These are made-up numbers.

Track real time

Log your time for four weeks. Programme writing, check-ins, video review and messages are the main parts.

Leave room

Do not fill every hour. Leave space for new clients, holidays and a busy month.

The price calculator shows the most clients your hours allow. It also gives the monthly price.

Where Trainersight fits

Trainersight ranks who needs you, so each client takes fewer minutes to review.
