A programme template library
reuse without copying blindly

Keep a few good templates and change the details for each client.

Writing every programme from scratch does not scale. A small library does.

Start with a few

Build templates for the clients you take most often. A beginner on three days is one. A lifter on four is another.

Name them clearly

Use goal, level and days in the name. For example, strength, intermediate, four days.

Keep them simple

Write the structure and the progression rule. Leave loads blank or as a percentage so the template fits many people.

Adapt, do not copy

For each client check the days, the equipment, injuries and numbers. Change only what differs.

Review after each block

Note what worked and what you changed. Update the template once a pattern repeats.

Where Trainersight fits

Trainersight lets you build a block and reuse it for another client. You can change one session without rebuilding the rest.
